The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Keeping in view the fact that F.I.R. was lodged long back in the year 1996, while allowing the petitioner to withdraw this petition, it is desirable to observe that learned court below may take appropriate step so that the case may come to its logical

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21949 of 2014 (2) dt.19-08-2016 2/2 end without unnecessary delay. While proceeding with the case, the learned trial court is required to take up the matter at least once in a week.
