The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act and Section 147and 137 of the Railway Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery.
