In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S. Case No. 338 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made by the informant that his motor cycle has been stolen. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has transpired. The petitioner has five cases over his head.
