Ms. Anita Kumari, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 342, 504, 420, 386 and 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., five accused persons including the petitioner as well as one unknown person attempted to snatch the vehicle of the informant and they snatched the key of the vehicle but could not succeed to take away the vehicle due to arrival of the police.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Further submission is that petitioner has no concern with the

Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial. There is no chance of absconding of the petitioner or tampering with the evidence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegation against the petitioner, submissions of learned counsel for the parties and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 192 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
