The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 40 liters of country made illicit liquor from the petitioners while they were going on a motorcycle.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having a clean

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018.
