Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned counsel for the informant.

This appeal has been preferred on behalf of the appellant under Section 14 (A) (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 for setting aside the order dated 18.02.2022 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Araria Mahila P.S. Case No. 65 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under sections 3(2) (va) of the SC/ST (POA) Act and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected. As jointly submitted, both the parties have solemnized

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.856 of 2022(5) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 marriage and they are living together as husband and wife and leading happy conjugal life. Cordial relation has been restored between them.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the appeal is allowed and the impugned order dated 18.02.2022 is set aside.

Accordingly, the appellant, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Araria, in connection with Araria Mahila P.S. Case No. 65 of 2021.
