1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Chapra, has already passed a reasoned order dated 29.11.2022 in compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.09.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.8047 of 2021, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to assail the aforesaid order dated 29.11.2022, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
2. The present petition stands disposed off.
