Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No.59 of 2017 registered for the alleged offences under Section 354-A, B and D of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
As per the prosecution case, petitioner is said to have been stalking and teasing the informant on her way to school. He is also said to have teased her intruding into her house. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is working near informant's father Fast Food Shop and some dispute took place between the informant's father and the petitioner resulting into filing of this false case by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29090 of 2017 (06) dt.03-07-2017 2/2 informant at the instance of her father. He has been languishing in jail custody since 20.03.2017.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Special (POSCO) Case No.41/17, arising out of Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No.59/17.
