Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C2-47 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2020.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12199 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C2- 47 of 2020.
