Petitioner is accused in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 10 of 2019 registered under Sections 307, 452, 326, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail vide order 23.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2579 of 2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
