This application is filed for Modification of order dated 20.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7526 of 2017. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that vide order dated 20.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7526 of 2017 the petitioner was directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within the period of four weeks on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014, but petitioner sustained fracture injury in his leg and he could not surrender before the trial Court within the stipulated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20291 of 2018(2) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 time.

In such view of the matter, the time to surrender of petitioner, as per order dated 20.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7526 of 2017, is further extended by four weeks from today in connection with aforesaid case.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 20.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7526 of 2017 is modified to the above extent.
