1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 109, 329(4) and 103(1) of BNS.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that he had no child of his own thus adopted Ujjawal son of his Late brother Anil, further informant used to look after the family of Late Anil also, but during Corona period he faced financial issues which led to bickering, thus alleges that Ujjawal was misled by his brother Utsav and

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant based on suspicion. It is next submitted that specific allegation of stabbing the informant is against Ujjawal whom he had adopted since informant was not having a child of his own, it is next submitted that the informant alleges that Ujjawal committed the occurrence at the behest of his mother and brother, but then it is submitted that since informant was looking after the petitioner and her family, as such, why the petitioner would have got such an occurrence committed through Ujjawal who for all practical purpose is son of the informant.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, but then are not in a position to rebut the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that except for suspicion, there is nothing which connects the petitioner with the offence.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13742 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 3/3 within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 336 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
