The present bail application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 18.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.67125 of 2021, but on account of typographical error in the bail application, it was recorded in the order dated 18.02.2022 that "the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Samastipur in connection with Pipra P. S. Case No.202 of 2021", but the same ought to have been to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-2-cum-Special Judge

Let the order dated 18.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.67125 of 2021 be modified to read as that "the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-2-cum-Special Judge (Excise), East Champaran in connection with Pipra P. S. Case No.202 of 2021". The modification petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.
