Where the Anganbari Centre should locate and the building be constructed is an issue raised in this writ application. There is no breach of any rule/regulation which is being complained by the petitioner in deciding the location of the Anganbari Centre. If the petitioner is aggrieved and has some issue to be raised, then the same can be raised before the appropriate authority for consideration. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she shall approach the Director ( I.C.S.D.S.)
