Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Jale P.S. Case No.165 of 2017 registered under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that due to cutting of ridge of the agricultural field, the accused persons assaulted the father of the informant as a result he died.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly there is land dispute between both sides, 11 persons have been made accused including female inmates and these three petitioners are ladies, moreover they have clean

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners Lal Pari Devi, Rekha Devi and Satiya Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st, Darbhanga in connection with Jale P.S.
