JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation, 10 liters country made liquor have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean and he is custody since 02.12.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kurlikot P.S.

Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
