The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Rupouli (Mohanpur) Case No. 178 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of false implication of the petitioner. The observation of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge that the petitioner is an accused in two other cases are not borne out from the records as the petitioner has stated in paragraph 3 of this application that in both the cases the petitioner has got clean acquittal by the learned court below in the year 2005 itself.
Learned counsel for the State is present.
In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4968 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 named above, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Purnea in connection with Rupouli (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
