Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

120 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from possession of three persons including the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 25.12.2017. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on completion of two months of custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
