This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 763 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 354(A) and 354(D) of the Indian Penal Code, including Sections 66(d) and 67 (a) of the I.T. Act.

There is allegation against the petitioner of having put obscene photographs of the informant's daughter on the 'face book' and other social media.

From the statement of the petitioner himself recorded by the police, the allegation stands corroborated. This application for grant of anticipatory bail is accordingly rejected.
