The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 893 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. The petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2021. Considering the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-II, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 893 of 2021.
