Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking note of this fact that petitioner opened fire which hit on the hand and chest of the deceased, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S.Case No. 34 of 2018, pending in the court of learned Session Judge, Munger stands rejected.
