Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is father-in-law of the victim. The death was caused much beyond seven years of marriage of the victim. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Allegation is that the in-laws committed murder of the victim by burning her. Submission is that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence. The FIR has been lodged after unexplained delay, just to pressurize the petitioner for unlawful demands of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10762 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Balia Police Station Case No. 225 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
