Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 09.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.30414 of 2017 with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of nine months. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that later on the other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 18.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58572 of 2017 and order dated 8.1.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50961 of 2017 and the case of the petitioner is on better footing of those accused persons and the petitioner is in custody for about 22 months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19455 of 2018 (2) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions JudgeVIth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No.6/16 in S.Trial No.425/2017, with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
