There was theft in the PSI Godown of the Railways wherefrom the items so detailed in the written report were stolen away. From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that nothing substantial has been collected against the petitioner save and except inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement. Accordingly, Md. Kasim @ Raju is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of First ClassRailway Judicial Magistrate- Ara at Bhojpur, in connection with Danapur RPF PS Case No. 01/2017.
