Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution's case, in brief, is that the informant alleges that th petitioner and her family members might have killed his daughter for non fulfilment of dowry demand. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is mother in law and lives separately from the victim and her husband as such no way she is concerned with their affair. Informant has not even made victim's husband as accused in the case. Similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by a bench of this Court vide Annexure 2 to the

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Siwan in Nautan Police Station Case No. 47/2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
