Patna High Court CWJC No.1796 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, would accord permission to the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw this application in order to avail the remedy under Rule 5(2)(a) of the aforesaid Act.
