The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault upon the informant at the hands of the accused persons due to which he sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14130 of 2022(2) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners as also no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Subhash Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
