The petitioner has been in custody since 29.11.2017 in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the submissions of the petitioner and also the materials which have come in the case diary that there is case and counter case between the parties with injuries on both sides.
