The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 86.4 liters of Nepali liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of this petitioner and he was arrested on spot. The petitioner denies the allegation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 14.01.2022. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the nature of allegation, clean antecedent and period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing
