This writ petition is pending since 2013 where the petitioner challenging the letter dated 03.07.2013 by which the candidature of the petitioner for LPG distributorship has been rejected on the ground that he did not possess minimum liquid fund of Rs. 10 lacs and the certificate from aspirant was not filed. It is stated that the LPG distributorship had already been commissioned in 2016.

By efflux of time this writ petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed.
