The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 366 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that petitioner has kidnapped the wife and daughter of the informant. Now they have returned. Petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the period of custody, let petitioner, Dheeraj Ravidas @ Guddu @ Dhiraj Rabidas, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in Sessions Trial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28279 of 2017 (3) dt.08-11-2017 No.149 of 2016, arising out of Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.512 of 2015, subject to the conditions that (i) one of the bailors shall be mother, father, son or wife of the petitioner and (ii) petitioner would participate in the court proceeding for disposal of the case.
