Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others were apprehended on suspicion that they had stolen away the motorcycle of the informant. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.10.2017. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
