That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction for setting aside the decision of the Karnataka Vikash Grameena Bank, Dharwad, (hereinafter referred to the as Karnataka "Bank") communicated by the General Manager cum First Appellate Authority-Bank vide Letter No. Ref. 109/KVGB/RTI/CIC-4/2021

Patna High Court CWJC No.4172 of 2022(2) dt.16-01-2024 2/3 addressed to dated 30.11.2021 Central the Information Commissioner with a copy to the petitioner whereby it has been communicated that the "Appointing Authority had not considered him for appointment in the Bank as he was not found suitable for the Post."

And further for commanding the Respondents to appoint the petitioner on Officer Middle Management Grade- II (Manager) in the light of his selection by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and Offer Letter No. Ref.

379/316/12/ Unreserved/208 dated 15.03.2018 issued by the General Manager, Karnataka Vikash Grameena Bank, Dharwad, rwad, Karnataka pursuant to his success in the Examination and Interview held by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the competent Court having appropriate jurisdiction to try the issue in question. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
