The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016, a case under Sections 307/379/504/506 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of commission of injury with different weapons is against three persons including the petitioner. However, the doctor has found single grievous injury on the head of the informant caused by sharp cutting weapon. Having similar allegation co-accused Hamendra Kumar has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.47292 of 2017. Hamendra Kumar was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5928 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 P2/ in custody since 31.08.2017 and bail was granted on 30.11.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of three months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
