1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

2. The present application has been filed against the order, dated 06.05.2017, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Khagaria, in Maintenance Case No. 71 of 2017, by which the learned Family Court has awarded a sum of Rs. 5,000/- to be paid by the petitioner to the Opposite Party No. 2 as maintenance from January, 2017.

3. An interlocutory application, bearing I. A. No. 01 of 2023, has been filed for condonation of delay of more than two-and-a-half years in preferring the present revision application.

4. From going through the interlocutory application, I do not find any plausible explanation in not preferring the present revision application within time. There is inordinate delay of two-and-a-half years in filing the present application.

5. Accordingly, I. A. No. 01 of 2023 is hereby dismissed.

6. Consequent to the dismissal of I. A. No. 01 of 2023 (limitation petition), this application is dismissed as a whole.
