2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 282 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1)/61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He has shot at the deceased, killing the deceased. He is in custody since 09.08.2024.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
