Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 342, 379, 193, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 33, 36 of the Excise Act and Section 25(1-b), 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated person has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.02.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 8404 of 2018 vide Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12418 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Addl. Sessions Judgecum Special Judge, Excise, Saran in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2017.
