The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No.101 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the reasons mentioned in the order 27.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2899 of 2021 by which main accused Santosh Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
