From reading of paragraph-1 of the present anticipatory bail petition and the F.I.R. vide Annexure-1, this Court finds that the petitioner has deliberately tried to conceal the material facts, as all the offences, as alleged in the FIR, have not been disclosed in paragraph no.1 of the petition. Though, FIR has been registered for the offences under Sections 420, 120B, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, but the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, while filing the present anticipatory bail application, has mentioned about only some offences and has left out some major offence in pargraph-1 of the anticipatory bail petition only with a view to mislead this Court. This is really a serious matter.

On the ground of concealment of material facts, the present petition for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.187 of 2012 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur is dismissed. Arvind/- (Birendra Prasad Verma, J) U T
