JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shrinagar (Pujaha) P.S. Case No. 67 of 2011 registered under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of firing against the petitioner and the case was instituted in the year, 2011 but uptill now, the petitioner could not be remanded, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Shrinagar (Pujaha) P.S. Case No. 67 of 2011 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
