The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22/24/27/29A of the N.D.P.S. Act, Sections 47(A)/53(C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Besides recovery of country-made pistol and cartridges as well as liquor two kilograms of Charas was recovered from the possession of co-accused Satish Sharma and Prakash Patel. They disclosed the name of the petitioner and others alleging that they had fled away from the place of occurrence. Similarly situated co-accused Kunal Thakur and Sheshnath Patel have already been allowed bail in this case.

No.15946 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, who is in custody since 10.04.2018, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Banu Chhapar) P.S. Case No.280 of 2016 (Trial No.26A/16), with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
