====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 302/2001 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34/120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of the fact that police has submitted final form exonerating the petitioners and, thereafter, cognizance has been taken by the Court below, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before
