2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019, lodged on 16.01.2019, under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 427, 504 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against four named accused persons including the present petitioners, who are alleged to have assaulted the informant as well as broken his toilet and upon oppose they have brutally assaulted the informant.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Counsel further submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the accused persons. Additionally, Counsel submits that the petitioners have one criminal antecedent, as mentioned in paragraph No. 3 of the bail petition. Counsel also submits that the petitioner's younger brother, namely Indrapal Manjhi, had filed a criminal case under the SC/ST Act against the informant, three named individuals, and 9-10 unknown persons and due to this reason the present case has been lodged. Furthermore, Counsel submits that the present case has been lodged after a delay of one month, which has not been explained. The date of occurrence is 16.12.2018, whereas the case was lodged on 16.01.2019.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. As such, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., VI,
