The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 47 of 2018 (arising out of City Chowk P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018) registered under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act, Sections 20/27 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 4 of Explosive Substances Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case and one case is also pending against him. The allegation against the petitioner is false and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The similarly situated co-accused has been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14280 of 2019(3) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12069 of 2019 and the petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge3rd-cum-Special Judge, C.B.I.-IInd, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 47 of 2018 (arising out of City Chowk P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018).
