2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 415/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Initially the F.I.R. was registered under Section 302, but chargesheet has been submitted under Section 304 of the I.P.C. It appears that the deceased has sustained gun shot injury accidentally.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 10.09.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial
