2. The petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2017 in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 114 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with opening of bank account on the basis of forged Aadhar card and PAN card. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
