2. The present application has been preferred for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Barbigha PS Case No. 367/2018 (POCSO Case No. 52/2018) registered for the offence punishable under Section 354(A) of the IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this application, petitioner has been arrested and hence, the present application has become infructuous. Accordingly, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the same.

4. The instant application for anticipatory bail stands dismissed as withdrawn.
