This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 2 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341 and 354A of the Indian Penal Code and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Allegation, in brief, is that petitioner stopped the informant while she was on way to school and asked her mobile number and also outraged her modesty.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody for last three months and investigation already completed and he has clean antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be
