The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission is that petitioners have no criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13342 of 2019(3) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 antecedents, nor the liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioners, rather recovery is from road side. The name of the petitioners surfaced in the disclosure statement of coaccused. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Excise Case No.1326 of 2018, arising out of Ara Muffasil Police Station Case No.269 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
