2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 385, 341, 323, 307, 379 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64073 of 2023 which is annexed as Annexure '5' to the application. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16815 of 2024(2) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) tusharika/- U T
